Welcome to THE NICI Spa, where we’ve got an 18m heated indoor pool, and a hydrotherapy pool that knows all the right places to soothe. Sidle up next to our poolside steam room or let the aromatherapy sauna work its magic on your senses. With all the vibrant vibes of the hotel, we’re transforming the spa into a place that’s as lively as it is peaceful. Ready for a dip?
GYM & FITNESS
Get ready to sweat it out in style at our fully air-conditioned gym, decked out with all the latest gear to get your heart racing. And there’s a studio space perfect for stretching out those limbs, getting some one-on-one coaching, or jumping into a variety of fitness and wellbeing classes that’ll have you feeling all kinds of good.
HEATED OUTDOOR POOL
Take a splash in our heated outdoor pool, where the water’s always warm, even if the air’s playing it cool. It’s your year-round ticket to fun, with steam rising like whispers of invitation. Come on in, the water’s fine—day or night, rain or shine. It’s your personal oasis, no mirage about it!
RELAXATION ROOM
Enter our relaxation room, where the outside world fades away. Here, you’ll find crystal energy loungers waiting to align your vibes and bring your body back to its happy, balanced state. Lounge the hours away and enjoy our refreshments station and a selection of some of our favourite reads.
SOUTH BEACH
Your spa day at THE NICI isn’t complete without a delicious experience at our South Beach restaurant. It’s not just about the food (which, by the way, is mouth-wateringly good); it’s about feasting your eyes on the glistening outdoor pool and the breath-taking views of the Dorset coast.
SPA OPENING TIMES
Monday- Friday: 6am – 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: 7am – 8pm
Please note that children have access to the indoor pool only at the following times:
Daily: 9am – 10am & 4pm – 5pm
