Treat yourself to our Stretch and Savour spa day offer, featuring a 60-minute Pilates Class, followed by a cleansing juice and lunch at South Beach Restaurant. As well as access to our indoor and outdoor heated pools, sauna, steam room and hydrotherapy pool.

• 60-minute guided Pilates class in the studio at 11.30am, with the wonderful Clare / Casey
