Monday – Friday: 6am – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7am – 8pm
Children’s Indoor Splash Times: 8am – 9am & 4pm – 5pm

INDOOR POOL

Water sits at the heart of the spa experience at THE NICI Newquay. Our heated indoor pool is ideal for relaxed lengths, gentle movement or quiet moments of floating, while the adjoining hydrotherapy pool helps ease tension and encourage deep relaxation.

Move between the experience showers, steam room and aromatherapy sauna to allow heat and contrast to soothe the nervous system, before settling into poolside loungers designed for rest and reflection in a calm, contemporary setting.

GYM AND FITNESS STUDIOS

Wellbeing at THE NICI extends beyond the spa. Our fully equipped gym and dedicated fitness studios support everything from strength training and cardio to mindful movement and stretch-based classes.

After your workout, refuel with fresh options from Amalfi’s or ease into relaxation knowing every element of your wellness routine flows seamlessly together. It’s a balanced, flexible approach to fitness designed to fit modern life by the coast.

RELAXATION ROOM

After time in the pools, heat experiences or treatments, the Relaxation Room offers a true sense of stillness. Sink into calming loungers, enjoy a refreshing drink, or unwind with a book or magazine as the outside world gently fades away.

This is a space designed for doing very little – where deep calm, quiet moments and unhurried rest take priority.
