However you choose to spend your time, every experience is designed to inspire, energise and create lasting memories.

COVE SURF
Ride the Waves
Whether it’s your first wave or your hundredth, Cove Surf is your gateway to Cornwall’s legendary coastline. Led by expert instructor Dan, our exclusive guest experiences make it easy to get out on the water and enjoy the Atlantic.
Monday–Friday | Complimentary Surf Lessons
- One 2-hour lesson per day
- Expert coaching with Dan
Saturday & Sunday | Complimentary Equipment Hire
- 2-hour hire sessions
- Surfboards, paddleboards, bodyboards, snorkel sets, wetsuits & buoyancy aids available
Session times vary with the tides and sea conditions, ensuring the best possible experience every time. Private lessons and premium experiences are also available to book with Dan. Complimentary lessons are subject to availability and available for adults and children 8 years or over. Children 5-7 years can partake in a private lesson at an additional cost.

Start your morning with sand beneath your feet and the sound of the Atlantic as your soundtrack. Our guided beach yoga sessions blend movement, mindfulness and fresh sea air, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded and ready for the day ahead.

Explore Cornwall on Two Wheels
Swap four wheels for two and discover Newquay’s beaches, coastal paths and hidden corners at your own pace. Our complimentary adult bikes make it easy to explore more of Cornwall while enjoying the fresh sea air along the way.

Slow the Pace
After a day by the sea, retreat to THE NICI Spa. Swim, soak, steam and unwind with an indoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and restorative treatments with our spa partner Evolve, or simply relax poolside and let the day drift by.

One very big summer, wrapped. 🍸
Two new hotels, three new restaurants, hundreds of check-ins, a few too many cocktails and more sea-view photos than anyone could count.
We made waves in Newquay, slowed things down in the New Forest and went five-star in Bournemouth. Somewhere along the way, South Beach earned an AA Rosette and 100K of you joined us for the ride.
