Enjoy time on the water at the Lymington Sea Water Baths, just a short trip from THE NICI New Forest. Guests can take advantage of complimentary paddleboarding sessions offering a relaxed and accessible way to experience the coast.
Available daily from 10am – 12 noon, each guest can enjoy one hour of complimentary use. Calm, shallow waters make this an ideal experience for beginners, as well as a fun and easy activity for families and couples alike.

Explore Lymington and the New Forest
Discover the surrounding coastline, harbour paths and woodland trails with our adult bikes, available from reception. From gentle rides through Lymington to longer routes into the New Forest National Park, it’s one of the best ways to take in the landscape at your own pace.
