Think of THE NICI Spa as your own space to switch things up. Start with an energising swim, get your heart rate up in the gym, turn up the heat in the sauna or steam room, then slow things right back down with a treatment or time in the Relaxation Room. With indoor and outdoor pools, fitness, food, treatments and plenty of places to kick back, there’s more than one way to do spa.

Children’s Indoor Splash Times: 8–9am & 4-6pm
*9.15am – 10am Aqua Class on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

The indoor pool is made for however you want to spend your time in the water. Swim a few lengths, take it easy or simply enjoy the heated water before heading into the rest of the spa. With poolside loungers nearby and plenty of space to switch between movement and downtime, it’s a go-to whatever your mood.

Take your swim outside. The outdoor pool brings a little more energy to your spa day, with open skies, fresh air and the New Forest setting all around you. Take a morning dip, cool off between treatments or settle poolside with a drink and make an afternoon of it.

Turn Up the Heat
Go from hot to cold and back again. The steam room and aromatherapy sauna are made for warming up, switching off and letting the day disappear, while the cold room brings a fresh, invigorating contrast. Move between heat and cool at your own pace for a spa experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and recharged.

Let the water do the work. Our hydrotherapy pool is designed for those moments when you want to slow down, loosen up and let the day melt away. Move between soothing jets, warm water and gentle bubbles before heading back to the indoor pool or finding your spot in the relaxation room.
