Monday – Friday: 6am – 9pm
Saturday & Sunday: 7am – 8pm
Outdoor Pool Opening Times: Sunrise – Sunset*
Indoor Pool Opening Times: 6.30am – 9pm & 7.30am – 8pm Saturday & Sunday
Children’s Indoor Splash Times: 8am – 10am & 3.30pm – 5.30pm
*7am – 8.15am adults only swimming, 8.15am – 9am Aqua Class.
INDOOR POOL
Water is at the heart of the spa experience. The heated indoor pool offers space for unhurried lengths or slow, restorative floating, while the hydrotherapy pool encourages muscles to soften and tension to melt away. Move between the steam room and aromatherapy sauna, allowing heat and contrast to calm the nervous system and restore balance, before settling onto poolside loungers designed for quiet pause and reflection.
