Getting Here

THE NICI New Forest is set on the edge of Lymington, within the stunning New Forest National Park. Just minutes from the Solent and the town centre, it offers a peaceful, stylish retreat with easy access to Hampshire, Dorset, and surrounding counties.

Finding us is easy. Simply put the following address into your sat nav: South Baddesley Rd, Lymington SO41 5ZB or click here it will take you straight to our door!

The hotel is easily reached via the A337, connecting Lymington to Brockenhurst and the New Forest road network. From Southampton, follow the A337 south for around 35 minutes; from Bournemouth or Poole, it’s approximately 50 minutes.

Yes, we do have complimentary parking available for our guests. Please note that spaces are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes! We have four charging points at THE NICI New Forest.

Lymington Pier and Lymington Town stations are both within a short 5–10 minute drive. There are convenient connections via Brockenhurst to London Waterloo, Southampton, and other parts of Hampshire and Dorset.

Taxis and local transport are readily available from both stations.

Southampton Airport is around a 35-minute drive from THE NICI New Forest, while Bournemouth Airport is approximately 50 minutes away. Both airports offer domestic and international flights, with taxis, car hire, and public transport available to reach the hotel.

Arrival and Booking Information

Check-in is from 3:00pm. If you’re arriving later than 11:00pm, please let our reception team know. Check-out is 11:00am.

While we can’t guarantee an early check-in, if you arrive early and your room is ready, it’s all yours! Late check-out is available up until 12:00pm at a charge of £35.

Room Information

We love dogs at THE NICI and want to make sure your pup has a great holiday with us too! We have a variety of dog friendly rooms available at all of our hotels. Your furry friend will be well looked after with its own bowl and bed provided. Please note there is an additional charge of £30 per dog, per night. When the bed’s that comfy, why leave? Order delicious food and drink straight to your room at the push of a button. We’ll even bring your breakfast in bed! Our room service menu is available 24 hours with a full menu starting after 7:00am (breakfast); after 10:00pm we go to a limited menu.

Being together is easy at THE NICI. We have a great selection of adjoining rooms, across all of our properties. Call our Reservations Team and they will be able to help find you the best available rooms for your group.

If you’re celebrating a big birthday or anniversary during your stay, or need some extras for the room, we can help. From balloons, flowers or chocolates in your room, to Champagne on arrival or bespoke requests, it’s all possible, just call our guest services team.

Many of our rooms can accommodate cots and extra beds. Our extra beds are z-beds, suitable for small children under 10. Please contact reception for availability.

Restaurant and Bar

Yes! You are more than welcome to join us for breakfast in Elms Cafe between 7:00am-10:00am weekdays and 7:30am-10:30am on weekends. Please note that on busier days we may not be able to accommodate walk-ins.

No reservation is needed – just turn up and we’ll find you a spot. Of course, lots of hotel guests and locals alike love to escape to THE NICI, so if it does fill up, we’ll do our best to accommodate you and can’t wait to welcome you.

Smart casual resort wear is the norm here at Martha’s or Elms Cafe. Away from the spa or pool, please wear shoes and no pool attire (swimsuits, robes etc.) in the inside restaurant and bar areas.

Yes, you can share the love with THE NICI gift vouchers ­ – available to buy on the Vouchers page on our website, or in person at reception.

Spa

Spa Days: Those attending any of our Spa Days must be aged 16 years and over

Treatments: Those having treatments must be aged 16 years and over

Indoor Swimming pool: Children under 16 years must be supervised by an adult and are allowed during designated children’s splash times.

Children Indoor Splash Times – 9:00 – 10:00 / 16:00 – 17:00

Children are allowed to use our outdoor pool at any time during the opening hours.

You must be a member, resident or spa day guest to use the spa facilities. You can not book use of the spa facilities without being a member, resident or spa day guest.

It is vital that mothers-to-be advise us when making any treatment bookings so that we can advise which treatments we can offer you during the different stages of your pregnancy. If anything changes in between making your booking and time of treatment, please contact us so we can make the right changes to your treatment for you.

It is strongly recommended that the hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room are not used during any stage of pregnancy due to risk of overheating.

Should you wish to cancel treatment, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival for any spa day, experience, or treatment will be charged in full. Spa days are non-transferable, and full payment is required upfront.

Facilities

From running machines and spin bikes, to free weights and yoga mats, our fully equipped gym is available during opening hours.

There’s plenty to keep your little ones entertained. On our lower ground floor, you’ll find a Cinema and Children’s Playroom, stocked with electronic games, books, table football and board games.

Lymington’s vibrant town centre is an easy 10-minute stroll from the hotel; ask our friendly reception team if you need directions or recommendations on what to see and do.
