What are the opening times?

The Spa is open from 6:00am – 9:00pm (Monday – Friday) and from 7:00am – 8:00pm (Saturday and Sunday).

Where can I park?

We have a car park with valet service at THE NICI, which members you are welcome to use, subject to availability.

Do you offer day passes?

Yes, at the manager’s discretion. Look out for day pass promotions for our cabanas and outdoor pool via at spa reception. Be the first to know, by signing up.


Do you provide membership cards?

Yes, your card with photo ID will be included in your membership pack, available to pick up from THE NICI.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership once signing up?

As we only have a limited number of memberships, this will be based on availability.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, for up to three months. For monthly membership 25% will be charged per month. For annual membership, the initial period will be extended. For example, if you take out an annual membership in July and suspend for three months your membership will run until October.

Can my partner use my membership?

Membership is exclusively yours to use, however, each membership comes with guest passes for your partner, friends or family to enjoy with you. 

Do you have a joint membership option?

Not currently, but we will review this soon.

What is the minimum age for a membership?

16 years old.

Do you offer discounts for NHS, Emergency Services and Military?

Whilst we have a huge amount of respect for our NHS, Emergency Services and Military services, we do not offer a discount at this time. As a company, we support the charity Room to Reward, who provide complimentary stays for the hidden heroes within our society.    

How many complimentary guest passes do I get?

Members receive 1 complimentary pass per month with a Club Membership or 2 complimentary passes per month with an Icon Membership.

Can I sign up in advance?

All memberships must be taken up at the time.

Is there a limit on the number of memberships you accept?

Yes, we are limiting memberships to no more than 350 to ensure space and privacy for our valued members.


Do you offer treatments?

Yes, THE NICI Spa has partnered with award-winning spa brands OTO CBD and OSKIA, to create a bespoke menu of treatments and holistic therapies, which includes bamboo massage, sound therapy and innovative anti-ageing techniques. Book a treatment here.

What times can I book a treatment?
Treatments are available to book 9:00am – 8:00pm.

We run a mix of classes from Yoga and Pilates, to Spin and Sound Bath!

Can I swim in the outdoor pool during the winter months?

Yes! Our outdoor pool is heated and open all year round.It will only close during severe weather.

Can I access the outdoor pool without having to go through the restaurant?

Yes, simply head out through via basement level.

Can children use the pools?

Yes! Children can swim in the outdoor pool at any time during the opening hours.

Can I bring my dog to the pool?

We wouldn’t want your beloved pup to slip and hurt themselves or fall into the pool, so for safety reasons, dogs aren’t allowed by the pool. However, the beach is less than 10 minutes away, down the Zig-Zag path, and is perfect for water-loving dogs.


Is there an age restriction to use the gym?

Children aged 12 and above may use the gym, but 12–16-year-olds must be always supervised by an adult.

How many people can use the gym at the same time?

We restrict numbers to maximum 16, for the safety and comfort of users.
